Note: If you want to drop off your smart phone, digital tablet or memory card in person, you must make an appointment first. Please call us before submitting the form to make the appointment. Be sure to filled out the SERVICE FORM, and have it signed prior to your arrival. Bring a usb backup drive or usb flash drive of equal or greater capacity for us to return your recovery data back to you on.
